A: Yes — and please do. It helps me get a feel for your vibe. Just know I’ll always add my spin so it feels like you, not a copy-paste of someone else’s shoot. You’ll also get a prep guide with some of my fave looks and poses based on the session we’ve got planned.

A: Usually within 1–2 weeks, depending on the project. You’ll get updates along the way so you’re never left wondering. Need it faster? I’ve got express options for an extra fee.

A: I handle the culling and editing — that’s part of the creative process. I pick the best of the best so you’re not stuck overthinking 300 shots. Trust me, I got you. If there’s something you know we captured but don’t see, just reach out.

A: Payments are non-refundable. But if something comes up, you’ve got a 72-hour window to reschedule or transfer your payment to a new date.
📋 FAQ: Final Album Access, Downloads & Print Orders
1. Can I still access my gallery to view the images?
No. As of December 31, 2025, all past client galleries have been permanently removed. You will no longer be able to view or download any images unless you purchase the final album download.
2. I thought I had lifetime access — why was it removed?
While galleries were available temporarily, lifetime access was never guaranteed. We are now operating under an updated, elevated experience that includes clear archive timelines and tighter storage protocols.
3. What exactly do I get if I purchase the $199 album download?
You’ll receive a downloadable folder of high-resolution, fully edited images from your original session.
You'll have access to your album through March 31, 2026, to download and back up your files.
4. Can I still pay in two parts for the album download?
Yes. You can split the $199 into two payments, but both must be completed by January 31, 2026. After that date, the album offer will expire.
5. What happens after March 31, 2026?
All archived files will be permanently deleted from our system. After that date, we will not be able to recover or re-send any images under any circumstance.
6. Can I just buy a few individual images instead of the whole album?
No. The final download is only available as a full gallery purchase. This is part of our simplified process as we sunset past client access.
7. Can I order prints even if I don’t buy the download?
Yes. You can still schedule a print consultation (Zoom or in-person) before January 31, 2026. A $50 deposit is required and will be applied toward your print order.
8. I missed the deadline — is there any way to get my photos?
Unfortunately, no. Once the deadline has passed and your files are deleted, there is no way to recover them. Please take action before the listed deadlines.
9. Are you offering any sessions right now I can book instead?
